Occupational Therapist & Pilates Instructor
Beth Crosby
Beth is an AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with a distinction from Deakin University. With experience in Positive Behaviour Support, occupational therapy, and Pilates, she supports individuals aged 2–65 across Victoria, focusing on emotional regulation, interception, independent living, and community integration. Passionate about improving quality of life, Beth also works in home modifications. Outside work, she enjoys time with family, her therapy dog Nova, the beach, Pilates, and reading.

Nova
Nova is a lovable Cavoodle with a heart as fluffy as her coat! She’s all about cuddles, sleep-ins, playing with her favourite toys, and soaking up the sun at the beach or park. Nova adores meeting new friends—both human and furry—and spreading joy wherever she goes.
With her gentle, calm nature, Nova’s mission is simple: to help everyone feel relaxed, happy, and a little more loved.

Administration Manager & Support Worker
Summer Rogers
Summer works in support and admin, bringing her enthusiasm for helping others and staying organized to everything she does. She has a strong passion for working with kids and loves supporting them to grow and learn. She’s dedicated to empowering people of all ages to reach their full potential and ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.
Outside of work, Summer loves to travel, explore the outdoors, and spend time with animals. Whether it’s embarking on a new adventure or simply enjoying nature, she’s always seeking new ways to connect with the world around her.

Support Worker
Wendy Green
With a background in Interior Design, Wendy brings insight into how environments impact daily life and understands the importance of personalised support.
Driven by empathy and a passion for helping others, Wendy has completed training in Lifestyle Medicine, Diet, Community Health, and Anxiety and Depression Recovery. In 2025, she’s adding Mindset Mastery and Art Therapy to her skill set.
She supports children and teens, and individuals with acquired brain injury, bipolar disorder, dementia, cancer, and autoimmune conditions.
Wendy lives in a multi-generational home with her cat Brewster and lively Golden Retriever, Chummy. In her downtime, she enjoys multicultural cooking, gardening, botanical gardens, galleries, beachcombing, and travel.

Support Worker
Laura Down
Laura is a dedicated support professional with a diverse background in nursing and hospitality management. From 2015 to 2019, she worked as a Nurse and Nurse Unit Manager at Belmont Grange, specialising in high-level dementia care. After maternity leave, she transitioned into hospitality, managing Bloom Bar and Lounge while continuing nursing part-time.
Now focused on support work, she’s passionate about connecting with participants and embracing new challenges. A proud mum of a vibrant 5-year-old and guardian to her partner’s 13-year-old brother, she enjoys family time, dirt bike riding, and making the most of life outdoors.

Mia Hooper
Mia is a fourth-year Occupational Therapy student at Deakin University. She’s passionate about connecting with people and using support work to build skills for her future OT career.
Outside of work, she enjoys Pilates, yoga, coffee with friends, and discovering Melbourne’s best spots.

Support Worker
Abbey McPhee
Abbey is studying to become an Occupational Therapist and is passionate about improving others' quality of life. She values teamwork, learning from others, and building meaningful connections.
Outside of work and study, Abbey enjoys travelling, reading, Pilates, walking her dogs, and spending time with family and friends. In summer you'll find her at the beach with a book, and in winter, snowboarding in the mountains.

Rebecca Lendon
Bec is thrilled to join the Support Work team, bringing four years of experience in Early Childhood Education and a passion for empowering individuals of all ages. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, blending her love for learning with her commitment to helping others.
Outside of work and study, Bec enjoys spending time outdoors—whether it’s at the beach, going for walks or runs, or relaxing in nature with friends and family. She’s passionate about creating positive, uplifting environments and brings vibrant energy and genuine care to everything she does.

Amy Veenstra
Amy values building genuine connections and supporting clients with dignity and care. She has experience with both children and adults, and enjoys helping others maintain independence through community engagement and self-expression.
With a background in the wellness industry, she integrates holistic support where it suits her clients. Outside of work, Amy enjoys time on the coast or at her family farm. She’s available all day Mondays, with flexibility for the right participant

Jordyn is a warm, upbeat support worker with a genuine passion for helping others. Active and outdoorsy, she brings high energy and positivity into every session. With experience in building therapeutic capacity, Jordyn focuses on empowering and supporting clients to feel confident and engaged in their journey.

Support Worker, Registered Nurse and Therapy Assistant
Kayley Stevenson
Kayley Stevenson is a compassionate support worker with a background in nursing, based in Bell Post Hill. She began her healthcare career at 18, later working as a Registered Nurse in Adult Oncology before joining Enable OT in 2022. Kayley has experience supporting both adults and children with a range of conditions, including Dementia, ADHD, and Borderline Personality Disorder.
She is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and is committed to ongoing learning. Outside of work, Kayley enjoys gardening, hiking, crochet, snowboarding, and spending time with her family, friends, and pets.

Therapy Assistant & Support Worker
Shelley Lane
Shelley offers Therapy Assistant and NDIS support. With nearly 15 years of experience, her work is rooted in trauma-informed practice and neurodivergence. Shelley is passionate about helping children grow and develop but enjoys supporting people of all ages.
She has experience with neurological diseases like Huntington's Disease and in palliative care, including personal care. As an Art Therapist, Shelley brings creative approaches, valuing holistic care and thinking outside the box. Kindness, compassion, and fun are at the core of everything she does

Support Worker
Callum Chaffey
Callum is a fun, easy going, and empathetic individual with a background in supporting kids with disabilities like Autism, ADHD, and speech difficulties. Callum values listening, understanding, and showing patience and kindness. Prior to support work, Callum worked as a diesel mechanic and enjoys problem-solving.
In downtime, Callum enjoys hiking, gym workouts, playing video games, and making music with guitar and drums. Callum is dedicated to making people feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to be themselves

Support Worker & Peer Mentor
Jessica Mullen
Jessica has volunteered her time to support adults, offering a compassionate ear and practical help. Her involvement in local and overseas missions, including raising funds for education in Africa, led her to pursue a Certificate III in Community Services, deepening her passion for community work.
Jessica works full-time as a food service manager but is eager to dedicate her spare time to supporting others. In her free time, she enjoys walking her two dogs, reading with a hot drink, and relaxing outdoors.
She is currently available on Friday afternoons and evenings, with flexibility for additional hours as needed.

Support Worker
Jo Campbell
Jo, lives in Lara with her husband, three children, and rescue animals. With a background in mental health, she supports clients in the Geelong region with tasks like household chores, pet care, errands, and emotional support.
Jo enjoys taking clients on outings, such as walks, coffee trips, or visits to the beach or zoo, and prefers to work weekdays to spend time with her children when they’re home from school.

Registered Nurse, Support Worker & Therapy Assistant
Kylie Hayes
With a background as a Registered Nurse spanning 21 years across various areas and settings, Kylie brings a wealth of experience to her current role. She is passionate about helping participants improve their quality of life and supporting them in achieving their personal goals.
Outside of work, Kylie leads a full life with her partner, two young children, and a much-loved old dog. She enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, reading, and caring for animals—though she happily draws the line at snakes!

Support Worker
Star Waata
Star is currently studying to become a primary school teacher, driven by a strong passion for helping others. Before moving to Lorne, she spent two years working in support roles, where she had the privilege of assisting people of all ages. Now based in Lorne, Star enjoys hiking with her dogs, surfing at Lorne or Aireys Inlet, and staying active through lifesaving and footy. She’s excited to be part of such a welcoming community and looks forward to continuing to make a positive impact.

Support Worker
Ian Turner
Ian is a proud father of five, grandfather of three, and the owner of a loyal Labrador named Gracie. With a background in metal fabrication and product development, he has spent much of his career solving complex problems through hands-on creativity.
In recent years, Ian has found deep fulfillment in supporting others and giving back to the community. He’s passionate about understanding people’s stories and perspectives, with a keen interest in psychology and human connection.
Outside of support work, Ian enjoys bushwalking, camping, bike riding, cooking, woodworking, music, and spending quality time with family and friends. He brings warmth, life experience, and a genuine desire to help others live meaningful lives.

Support Worker & Registered Nurse
Sujin Choi
Sujin, originally from South Korea, transitioned from studying journalism to nursing after discovering her passion for healthcare. After moving to Australia, she built a successful career in major hospitals, gaining diverse clinical experience.
She is committed to patient care, prioritising open communication and trust. With a young family, Sujin understands the care needs of all ages. Her skills include stoma, tracheostomy, catheter, wound, diabetic care, airway management, and IV therapy, along with experience supporting patients with PEG and NG feeding.
Sujin is adaptable, culturally aware, and eager to offer personalised, safe care to NDIS clients
