Occupational Therapist & Pilates Instructor
Beth Crosby
Beth is an AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with a distinction from Deakin University. With experience in Positive Behaviour Support, occupational therapy, and Pilates, she supports individuals aged 2–65 across Victoria, focusing on emotional regulation, interception, independent living, and community integration. Passionate about improving quality of life, Beth also works in home modifications. Outside work, she enjoys time with family, her therapy dog Nova, the beach, Pilates, and reading.

Occupational Therapist
Vanessa Fantela
Vanessa is an experienced Occupational Therapist with a diverse background across the lifespan. She has worked with children, focusing on functional assessments and interventions not limited to cognition, social skills, sensory and emotional regulation, school readiness, and early intervention. Vanessa is originally from Geelong, however, recently relocated from Gold Coast where she gained experience in supporting adults in the public hospital (Palliative care and Medical Assessment Unit) and community environments through occupational performance and cognitive assessments, equipment provision, home modifications, rehabilitation and education post stroke, surgical interventions and more. Vanessa is passionate about working collaboratively patients to support their return to meaningful occupations. In her downtime, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family.

Occupational Therapist
Brianna Cussen
Bri is an experienced Occupational Therapist based on the Gold Coast, working across the adult lifespan within the community. She supports individuals through cognitive assessment and intervention, equipment prescription, home modifications, and occupational performance retraining and compensation strategies. Bri is passionate about helping people and their families achieve goals that are meaningful to them and takes a practical, activity-based approach to delivering personalised solutions that enhance independence and quality of life.
Outside of work, Bri is currently undertaking a Graduate Certificate in Dementia. She enjoys reading, going to the gym, spending time with her dog, and travelling.

Therapy Dog
Nova
Nova is a lovable Cavoodle with a heart as fluffy as her coat! She’s all about cuddles, sleep-ins, playing with her favourite toys, and soaking up the sun at the beach or park. Nova adores meeting new friends, both human and furry. Spreading joy wherever she goes.
With her gentle, calm nature, Nova’s mission is simple: to help everyone feel relaxed, happy, and a little more loved.

Administration Manager & Support Worker
Summer Rogers
Summer works in support and admin, bringing her enthusiasm for helping others and staying organized to everything she does. She has a strong passion for working with kids and loves supporting them to grow and learn. She’s dedicated to empowering people of all ages to reach their full potential and ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.
Outside of work, Summer loves to travel, explore the outdoors, and spend time with animals. Whether it’s embarking on a new adventure or simply enjoying nature, she’s always seeking new ways to connect with the world around her.

Support Worker
Rebecca Lendon
Bec is thrilled to join the Support Work team, bringing four years of experience in Early Childhood Education and a passion for empowering individuals of all ages. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, blending her love for learning with her commitment to helping others.
Outside of work and study, Bec enjoys spending time outdoors—whether it’s at the beach, going for walks or runs, or relaxing in nature with friends and family. She’s passionate about creating positive, uplifting environments and brings vibrant energy and genuine care to everything she does.

Support Worker
Ashley Dew
Ashley recently joined Enable & Support as a Support Worker and is excited to bring his empathy and diverse experience to the role. He is passionate about engaging with young people, fostering their confidence, and encouraging their natural curiosity.
Before joining Enable & Support, Ashley completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in Zoology and spent time in research and zookeeping, where he specialised in reptile care and education.
Outside of work, Ashley’s hobbies are gardening, reading, video games, and exploring nature to discover interesting things to share with his family. He loves going to live music and festivals with his friends and family. A self‑described science and nature nerd, he finds peace in the outdoors. He also works as a dog walker and loves taking groups of dogs on beach adventures.

Jordyn is a warm, upbeat support worker with a genuine passion for helping others. Active and outdoorsy, she brings high energy and positivity into every session. With experience in building therapeutic capacity, Jordyn focuses on empowering and supporting clients to feel confident and engaged in their journey.

Leila Thom Grace
Leila is passionate about supporting people to live fulfilling, independent and meaningful lives. With a warm, friendly and empathetic nature, she enjoys building genuine connections and creating a positive environment where people feel comfortable, respected and valued. She has a strong background in hospitality, which has helped her develop communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills and is dedicated to learning, growing and providing person-centered support that encourages confidence, choice and inclusion. Outside of work, Leila enjoys staying active through regular gym sessions, cooking, spending time in nature and travelling with her friends.

Jessie-Mae Taylor
Jessie-Mae is passionate about helping others overcome challenges and achieve their goals. She works with Enable and Support to empower individuals in their daily lives. She provides Support Coordination through Atali Coordination. With experience in a Disability Employment Provider and qualifications in Alcohol and Other Drugs, Mental Health, and Counselling, Jessie-Mae takes a holistic and compassionate approach to her work. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs.

Eiren McKeegan
Eiren is a passionate and caring support worker who brings a calm, positive, and encouraging approach to her role. She is currently studying primary teaching, with a strong interest in holistic health and supporting individuals to reach their full potential.
Eiren enjoys building meaningful connections and creating a safe, supportive environment where people feel comfortable and understood. She is naturally curious and kind, and values getting to know each person she works with so she can provide support that is both personalised and empowering.
In her spare time, Eiren loves going to the gym, playing netball, and spending time reading. She is also a big animal lover, especially when it comes to cats.
Eiren is dedicated to helping individuals build confidence, independence, and enjoy their day-to-day lives.

Megan Djuric
Megan brings a decade of experience in the disability industry, having started her career at 18.
She has provided one-on-one support in clients’ homes and the community, and has worked in day programs, Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes, and respite services.
As a proud parent to her 7.5-year-old neurodivergent daughter, Megan combines professional expertise with personal insight to support and empower others.
She is currently studying a Certificate III in School-Based Education Support and is passionate about helping clients live fulfilling lives and achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys trying new foods, watching movies, and creating meaningful memories with her daughter.

Therapy Assistant & Support Worker
Shelley Lane
Shelley offers Therapy Assistant and NDIS support. With nearly 15 years of experience, her work is rooted in trauma-informed practice and neurodivergence. Shelley is passionate about helping children grow and develop but enjoys supporting people of all ages.
She has experience with neurological diseases like Huntington's Disease and in palliative care, including personal care. As an Art Therapist, Shelley brings creative approaches, valuing holistic care and thinking outside the box. Kindness, compassion, and fun are at the core of everything she does

Victoria Hadfield
Victoria works in both support and town planning, with qualifications in remedial massage therapy.
She understands how the spaces we live in shape our wellbeing both physically, emotionally, and socially. With a calm and empathetic nature, she's passionate about helping people feel safe, heard, and empowered. She's excited to make a positive impact through her work.
Outside of work, she enjoys catching up with friends and family, and painting, dancing, and reading when she can.

Support Worker
Wendy Green
With a background in Interior Design, Wendy brings insight into how environments impact daily life and understands the importance of personalised support.
Driven by empathy and a passion for helping others, Wendy has completed training in Lifestyle Medicine, Diet, Community Health, and Anxiety and Depression Recovery. In 2025, she’s adding Mindset Mastery and Art Therapy to her skill set.
She supports children and teens, and individuals with acquired brain injury, bipolar disorder, dementia, cancer, and autoimmune conditions.
Wendy lives in a multi-generational home with her cat Brewster and lively Golden Retriever, Chummy. In her downtime, she enjoys multicultural cooking, gardening, botanical gardens, galleries, beachcombing, and travel.

Support Worker
Callum Chaffey
Callum is a fun, easy going, and empathetic individual with a background in supporting kids with disabilities like Autism, ADHD, and speech difficulties. Callum values listening, understanding, and showing patience and kindness. Prior to support work, Callum worked as a diesel mechanic and enjoys problem-solving.
In downtime, Callum enjoys hiking, gym workouts, playing video games, and making music with guitar and drums. Callum is dedicated to making people feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to be themselves

Support Worker, Registered Nurse and Therapy Assistant
Kayley Stevenson
Kayley is a compassionate support worker with a background in nursing, based in Bell Post Hill. She began her healthcare career at 18, later working as a Registered Nurse in Adult Oncology before joining Enable OT in 2022. Kayley has experience supporting both adults and children with a range of conditions, including Dementia, ADHD, and Borderline Personality Disorder.
She is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and is committed to ongoing learning. Outside of work, Kayley enjoys gardening, hiking, crochet, snowboarding, and spending time with her family, friends, and pets.

Support Worker
Jo Campbell
Jo, lives in Lara with her husband, three children, and rescue animals. With a background in mental health, she supports clients in the Geelong region with tasks like household chores, pet care, errands, and emotional support.
Jo enjoys taking clients on outings, such as walks, coffee trips, or visits to the beach or zoo, and prefers to work weekdays to spend time with her children when they’re home from school.

Kylie Hayes
With a background as a Registered Nurse spanning 21 years across various areas and settings, Kylie brings a wealth of experience to her current role. She is passionate about helping participants improve their quality of life and supporting them in achieving their personal goals.
Outside of work, Kylie leads a full life with her partner, two young children, and a much-loved old dog. She enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, reading, and caring for animals—though she happily draws the line at snakes!

Ella Ridgeway
Ella is compassionate, creative and drawn to helping others through support work..
She is currently studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and wants to bring that knowledge into her support work to foster meaningful and fulfilling lives for her participants.
Ella has a passion for animals and loves to spend time with her dogs and horses. In her free time she enjoys spending time at the beach, hanging out with friends and going on walks and adventures. She also enjoys creative hobbies like drawing, colouring and journaling.
Prior to support work Ella has worked in the animal care industry and while that will always have a special place in her heart she is now looking to channel her caring nature into people's lives rather than animals.
Ella loves getting to know people, hearing their stories and working with people from diverse backgrounds and all walks of life.
