Understanding our body, its parts and functions is as important that an architect learning about the structures and foundations of a building. Our body includes the muscles, organs, vessels and so much more to allow our body to do what it needs to and wants to do.
 
As our body grows and develops, our understanding of our body and what it can evolves too. Complete these upcoming activities with guidance (parent, teacher, helper etc) in order to begin developing an understanding of our body, facial expressions and everything in between. What it looks like and feels like, prior to connecting this to emotions and sensations.
