Enable & Support (formerly Enable OT) was founded with a clear mission: to provide holistic, person-centred care for individuals of all ages and abilities. Originally focused on Occupational Therapy, we have since expanded our services to include Support Work, Nursing, Counselling, and Therapy Assistant services, ensuring our participants receive consistent, high-quality care tailored to their individual needs.

We understand that meaningful progress often happens outside of formal therapy sessions. Our Support Workers play an important role in helping participants build independence, confidence, and life skills within their everyday environments. Whether it's assistance with community access, daily living activities, social engagement, goal achievement, or implementing therapy recommendations, our team provides practical, hands-on support that aligns with each participant's unique goals.

We carefully match each participant with the right team member. Whether it's a Support Worker, Nurse, Therapy Assistant, or Occupational Therapist. Building safe, positive relationships is at the heart of what we do, and we believe that strong rapport and consistency are key to helping participants thrive.
